Got the new G1 phone, very chic phone but I already have my reservations about its user friendliness. Lots of sweet applications to download....needless to say some of the apps are very distasteful as well. But am enjoying the use of it so far...







I find it very disturbing that we still get harassed for voicing our opinion in Nigeria of today. Came across the issue on the Waffarian's blog. Read here about the Jonathan Elendu Story. So this makes me think: Is this for real or is the dude just actually looking for publicity in order to gain political assylum...'cos really I find it hard to believe this still happens...Your thots anyone??

A moment of silence for a wonderful sister

We lost another sister and friend to Sickle cell anemia. God knows best. She was wonderful, cheerful and easy going. Everyone remembered Bolanle as that smiling girl in a flowery dress. She warmed up to you instantly and you had no choice than to love and accept her. I seem to keep asking God why it had to be her...but again...He knows best. I pray her soul finds rest and I pray that God gives her family the fortitude to bear the loss. You will surely be missed....

B-Sparkle Winners

Been hella busy but just wanted to do a quick post. Congrats to all our B-sparkle winners and thanks for participating. The turn out was somewhat unexpected but ladies do love jewelries.

We are in the process of having a photo-session soon....still in the organizing mode, and this time its so hard to decide on what models will be wearing the clothes...unbelievable. Every single model has something we'd love to show off....So its a struggle...but y'all watch out for new pics and new attires. Exciting moment i tell ya!

B-SPARKLE

Wanna introduce our B-Sparkle Jewelry line formally - yes our very own jewerly line! Each piece will have its own meaning and design. How did we come about the name? Hmmmm...there's just been some common names - Bijou, Jewel, e.t.c associated with jewerly lines these days that we thought we'd do something with a tad bit difference. We came up with B-Sparkle because each piece will give the wearer an edge to shine, glitter and spark off lights in the eye of the beholder. It couldn't be more appropriate.

On another note, we will be exhibiting some of our collection this March in Minneapolis at the Beads of Whimsy Exhibit. Watch out for more info on that, for those of you in the Minneapolis area who wants to come feed thier eyes - Will keep you posted on date and location.

Some of the jewelry is already been sold in our online shop and we've gotten some good feedback on some of them. To all those that provided those kind feedbacks...thanks much!

To launch the B-Sparkle line, we are giving out a few free items every week! Ranging from Earrings, Coral bangles, neck jewelry e.t.c. Its very simple! As much as we aim to spread the word about ourselves….we will endeavor to showcase some fabulous fashion things we have come across in our life-time.

Today, we turn the show lights to Ázãrïã. This design label is fabulousita! Their designs are created with genuine leather ranging from clutches/handbags to sandals and some exotic designs in jewelry. I loooooove their bag collection though! The men are not left out too. They have some nice cowhide leather office collection bags for men! Yep! Its about time we start recognizing our very own designers….so peeps…go and support!
